Q1: How can I sign up for the event?

Invited eligible clients will be notified via an exclusive event invitation via email or in-app notification. Alternatively, your dedicated account manager may contact you via phone or WhatsApp to invite you to the event. Once you receive the invitation, you will be eligible to participate in the event.

Q2: How do I claim rewards?

(1) The rewards will be sent to your account within 10 working days after the task 【cancel the withdrawal order and maintain net deposit ＞ S$0 (SGD) within 7 days 】is completed, and you will be notified by the APP message at that time.
