What Are the Conditions to Qualify for the Rewards?
To receive NVIDIA fractional shares, users must deposit the corresponding threshold amount during their first-ever deposit after opening an account and maintain the required account balance throughout the specified lock-in period. Due to exchange rate fluctuations, a 20% drop in the total asset value below the required amount is allowed.
Rewards 2, 3, 4, and 5 cannot be stacked.
The actual NVDA rewards will be denominated in US dollars and calculated using the exchange rate of 1.34 (USD/local currency) prevailing as of 28 March 2025.
The exclusive family invitation benefit for J.P. Morgan employees' family members is only available from 1/4/2025, 10:00am SGT to 14/4/2025, 12:00am SGT.
Invitees may access the event at any time via the referral link shared by the inviter and will receive the same event entitlements as J.P. Morgan employees, excluding invitation-exclusive privileges.
The asset frozen/maintenance period begins when the reward is credited to the Moomoo SG universal account.

The NVDA fractional shares will remain frozen until the asset maintenance period for each tier is fulfilled. Once the specified conditions are met, the NVIDIA fractional shares will be automatically unfrozen, and all rewards will be credited directly to your Moomoo SG universal account.

Am I allowed to invite more than 2 family members to participate in the J.P. Morgan exclusive promotion?
Each J.P. Morgan employees are only allowed to refer 2 family members who have yet to register for a Moomoo SG universal account. Only the first two eligible participants who meet the requirements will receive the Nvidia stock reward. Thereafter, the subsequent 3rd family member who completed will not be entitled to the exclusive promotion.
