Eligibility

  • This event is only available to clients who have not yet opted in as Accredited Investors (AI) with Moomoo Singapore.

(Definition of users who have not yet opted in as Accredited Investors: Customers who have not successfully been certified as AI in Moomoo Financial Singapore Pte. Ltd. before 12:00 AM SGT on 25/11/2024).

  • This event is only open to individual customers; institutional customers are currently unable to participate.

  • Moomoo Singapore reserves the right to change the eligibility criteria (eligible clients) for the event.

 

How to Participate

  1. Upon entering the event page, click on the [Verify Now] button and submit the required supporting documents for Accredited Investor declaration according to your current status.

  2. After passing the review, you will immediately receive a opt-in success reward of 5,888 points and a S$10 fund cash coupon. At the same time, you will unlock exclusive privileges for accredited investors, including access to special wealth management products, exclusive introductions to premium products, and dedicated customer managers and investment advisory services.

  1. What is an Accredited Investor (AI)?

Accredited Investor, abbreviated as AI, refers to an investor who meets the requirements set by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) and has completed the opt-in process successfully.

By becoming an Accredited Investor (AI), you can diversify your investment portfolio and gain access to a wider range of investment products.

 

  1. How to become an Accredited Investor (AI)?

  • Method 1

Upload proof that your total net personal assets is above S$2 million (or its equivalent in a foreign currency) such as securities assets, bank deposits, property deeds. Net value of your primary place of residence can only contribute up to S$1 million.

  • Method 2

Upload proof that the net financial assets is above S$1 million (or its equivalent in a foreign currency), such as securities assets and bank deposits (assets in a Moomoo SG universal account can also be used as proof).

  • Method 3

Upload asset proof that your personal income in the recent 12 months is more than S$300,000 (or its equivalent in a foreign currency).

 

  1. How long does it typically take to review the accredited investor supporting documents?

After receiving your submitted documents, Moomoo SG will complete the review within 1-2 business days. The review results will be sent to you via a push notification in the moomoo app and a personal email message. Kindly ensure you have switched on your moomoo app notifications to receive our updates.

 

  1. What rewards can I receive after successful opt-in, and how long will it take for me to receive the certification rewards?

After successful certification, you will receive 5,888 moomoo points and a S$10 fund cash voucher (can be used for purchasing all categories of funds, with a minimum order amount of S$100, valid for 30 days after claiming).

The rewards after successful opt-in will be issued to your Moomoo SG universal account within 1 hour after your successful certification. You can view it in the moomoo app under 【My Profile】 > 【My Rewards】.

 

  1. If my opt-in request to be an AI fails, can I resubmit the documents to restart the process? Can I also use different methods to provide supporting documents?

Yes, after you receive the failure notification, you can return to the page and initiate the opt-in process again. Additionally, if you need to choose another method, you can contact our customer service staff to help you modify the verification process.

 

  1. If I am a customer who has already successfully certified before 25/11/2024 at 12:00 AM SGT, can I still receive the reward? Also, can I still enjoy the exclusive subscription privileges for financial products reserved for accredited investors?

If you are a customer who has already successfully certified before 25/11/2024 at 12:00AM SGT, you will not be eligible to receive 5,888 points and a S$10 fund cash coupon. This reward is only available to customers who apply for certification after 25/11/2024 at 12:00 AM SGT.

However, you may still enjoy the exclusive financial products reserved for accredited investors.

 

  1. What are exclusive financial products? If I don't know how to subscribe or want to learn more about the product details, who should I contact?

Our exclusive financial products include structured products, private funds, and more. After completing the accredited investor certification, you will be able to view all product details. If you have any questions during the product subscription process, you can contact Moomoo SG's customer service. The moomoo customer service will arrange for a professional account manager to communicate with you and provide explanations.

 

  1. How can I enjoy the exclusive privilege of premium product introductions?

Moomoo SG will regularly display activities for exclusive product introductions on the accredited investor event page. You may register to participate, and thereafter the activity registration period begins, we will send you a message to reach out to you, so please pay attention to the notifications. If you miss the current product introduction event, we will also upload the recorded video of the product introduction to the accredited investor certification event page for your convenience to watch.

 

  1. How can I enjoy the privilege of having a dedicated account manager and investment advisor?

After successfully opting in as an accredited investor, you can contact your dedicated account manager to communicate your needs. The account manager will then provide you with the requested services.

 

  1. What is Moomoo Private Wealth?

Private Wealth service is moomoo's top-tier service model. You can qualify for it when your assets in Moomoo SG reach S$1 million. If your opt-in to be an accredited investor is successful, you will see the Private Wealth module displayed on the activity page. You can choose to upgrade to Moomoo Private Wealth to enjoy more privileged services. For specific details, you can consult your account manager.

 

Conditions and Disclaimers

1. The rewards and offers in this campaign/promotion (“Campaign/Promotion”) are provided by Moomoo Financial Singapore Pte. Ltd. ("Moomoo SG"). By participating, you agree to the terms and conditions of this Campaign/Promotion and the existing Client Agreement. Moomoo SG has the final decision on eligibility participant eligibility.
2. Moomoo SG has the final right to interpret these terms and conditions. The data and data confirmed of this Promotion shall be subject to confirmation by Moomoo SG's back-end data. 6. Each device, whether mobile or computer, can only receive one set of account opening bonus, deposit bonus and/or referral bonus. The same user can only be invited once. The same moomoo account, the same mobile phone number, and the same device are all regarded as representing the same user.
7. If your universal account shows signs of fraud, abuse, or suspicious activity, such as the use of multiple accounts or devices, Moomoo SG may, at its sole discretion, confiscate your reward entitlements and limit your opportunities to participate in future Campaign/Promotion.

12. This Campaign/Promotion is not eligible to users whose names are on the "Moomoo SG Event Participation Ban List". If a user repeatedly violates safety rules of Moomoo SG, their name will be added to the "Moomoo SG Event Participation Ban List".
13. Should a user not fulfil all the stated conditions of this Campaign/Promotion event, Moomoo SG reserves the right to cancel all offers or benefits promised in this event. Commissions and fees will then be charged by Moomoo SG as per normal standards.
14. By participating in this Campaign/Promotion, Participant hereby grants full and unconditional consent to Moomoo SG to use, reproduce, distribute and publicly display all images and videos content, including but not limited to photographs, videos and audio recordings (collectively referred to as "Content").
15. Cash Rewards do not have any buying power until the face value of the Cash Reward is credited to your brokerage account. The use of cash rewards depends on the order amount, product type, applicable market, and other conditions. Cash Rewards can be used only once per order. Cash Rewards can be used in conjunction with a Commission Discount or Zero Commission Coupon. By default, Cash Rewards with the earliest expiration will be used first. If two or more Cash Rewards have the same expiration date, by default, the Cash Rewards with the higher denomination will be used first. Cash Rewards are not registered, non-transferrable, irrecoverable once lost, and can be used only once. Cash Rewards are promotion rewards, and Moomoo SG reserves the right to reclaim Cash Rewards acquired via inappropriate means, such as exploiting system vulnerabilities, hacking, and false pretenses.
16. Final subscription activation ends on 30/4/2025, at 11:59PM SGT. Any subscription to the return rewards under this Event/Promotion after the stipulated date will no longer be eligible to participate in the Event/Promotion.
17. The Terms and Conditions are written in both Chinese and English. In the event of any discrepancy between the Chinese version and the English version, the English version shall prevail.
