Eligibility

  • This promotion is limited to 2 types of clients only

    • Type One:Clients who have never transferred assets to Moomoo SG before

    • Type Two:Clients who have previously transferred assets to Moomoo SG but have never transferred assets out to other brokers or banks before.

  • Transfers from brokerages under the Futu Group to Moomoo SG will not qualify for any rewards.

  • This promotion is only available to individual clients of Moomoo SG.

  • Moomoo SG reserves the rights to change the eligibility criteria for the promotion.

 

Rewards Claim Condition

  • Reward Claim Conditions for Type One Clients i.e. Clients who have never transferred assets to Moomoo SG before

    • During the promotion period, if the net transferred assets reach 1 million SGD, and after completing the 90-day lock-up period, you can choose one out of three rewards. This campaign is not stackable with any other transfers promotion. If you are currently participating in another transfer promotion and will receive the rewards, you will not be eligible for this campaign.

  • Reward Claim Conditions for Type Two Clients i.e. Clients who have previously transferred assets to Moomoo SG but have never transferred assets out to other brokers or banks before.

    • During the promotion period, if the net transferred assets reach 1 million SGD and the net transferred assets are maintained for 90 days, you can choose one out of the three rewards.

 

How to Participate

  1. After entering the promotion page, click on "Transfer for Rewards" to complete the registration for the promotion, then you can initiate the stock transfer to Moomoo SG.

  2. During the promotion period, if the cumulative net transferred assets reach S$1,000,000, you can claim transfer fee subsidies, as well as the 180-day commission-free card for SG stocks.

  3. During the promotion period, if the cumulative net transferred assets reach S$1,000,000, the 90-day maintenance period will automatically begin. If you successfully maintain the transferred assets of ≥$1,000,000 for 90 days, you will unlock one of the three rewards.

[1]Please note that if the transfer is involved in margin financing and/or short options, your transfer application has to pass/fulfill our margin requirements in order to proceed. For failed transfers, you will not be eligible for the rewards.

The asset maintenance period/lock-up period starts from the time the transferred assets are deposited successfully into Moomoo SG's universal account.

The transfer amount is based on the market value of assets at the time of initiation of the transfer.

Only long positions in stocks (HK/ US/ SG stocks) are eligible for transfer rewards, short positions are not supported for transfer.

Based on the exchange rate on 16/12/2024, the USD to SGD exchange rate is 1.35.

[2]The transfer fee subsidy will cover up to S$200, and it will be valid for 365 days after issuance.

[3]The 180-day commission-free card is only applicable to Singapore stocks (in SGD), and it will be valid for 365 days after issuance.

[4]Only the first 30 users who complete a net transfer asset of S$1,000,000 before  07/03/2025 at 12:00 PM SGT are eligible for rewards.

[5]The S$2,500 trading cash coupon is composed of 25 trading cash coupons valued at S$100 each. The minimum buy-trade amount is S$1,000 for each coupon, and it will be valid for 365 days after issuance. The trading cash coupon is applicable to the stock markets of the US, HK, and SG. Please refer to the coupon terms and conditions for supported assets type.

 

FAQs

  1. If I complete more than one stock transfers during the promotion period, and the cumulative net asset transfer reaches S$1,000,000, can I still receive the reward?

Yes. As long as you initiate and complete your transfers after the start of the promotion and before 07/03/2025 at 12:00 PM SGT, the total net asset transfer reaches S$1,000,000, and the promotion task requirements are met, you can receive the corresponding rewards.

  1. How many days must I maintain my assets to claim my reward?

When the cumulative net transferred assets reach S$1,000,000, a 90-day lock-up period automatically begins. You must maintain your corresponding assets for at least 90 days to be eligible for the rewards.

For example, if your net transferred assets reach S$1,000,000 on 20/12/2024, the lock-up period begins on that day, and your asset maintenance period will end on 19/03/2025 at 11:59 PM.

  1. How is the net asset transfer of $1,000,000 calculated?

After the start of the promotion, your net asset transfer requirement will be monitored. If, after the event starts, you first transfer S$1,000,000 from another broker to Moomoo SG, and then tranfer S$200,000 from Moomoo SG to other brokers or bank account, your net asset transfer will be only S$800,000, which does not meet the event requirement.

For example, if on 17/12/2024, you transfer S$1,000,000 from another broker to Moomoo SG, and then on 20/12/2024, you transfer S$200,000 from Moomoo SG to another broker, your net asset transfer during the event period is S$800,000. Please note the net asset transfer calculation starts from the beginning of the event.

  1. Can I withdraw funds during the asset lock-up period after transferring?

Yes, you can withdraw funds during the 90-day asset lock-up period, but you need to maintain net transferred assets ≥ S$1,000,000 every day. If you redeem your transferred assets for cash and withdraw them or transfer them to other brokers during the asset maintenance period, this will make your net transferred assets fall below S$1,000,000, hence, you will not qualify for the rewards.

If you are concerned that market fluctuations might result in a decrease in asset value hence not qualifying for the reward, we can accomodate a 20% decrease in net transferred assets relative to the net asset requirement during the 90-day asset maintenance period.

  1. How is the transfer fee subsidised?

  • Upon successful transfer of eligible net assets of S$1,000,000 or more to Moomoo SG, please submit a request to our client service team at clientservice@sg.moomoo.com with your statement of account of the outside broker for the transfer fee.

  • The subsidy will be issued to the user's Moomoo SG universal account within 15 working days in the form of cash coupons. Moomoo SG will subsidise the expenses deducted from the original brokerage firm due to the transfer, up to a maximum of S$200.

  • Transfers from brokerage firms under Futu Holdings to Moomoo SG will not be eligible for transaction fee subsidies.

  1. How is the 180-day commission-free card for SG stocks issued?

After successfully transferring eligible net assets of S$1,000,000 or more to Moomoo SG, with at least one transfer completed through the CDP channel, a commission-free card will be issued within 7 working days. Please check "My Coupons" to view it.

  1. How are the "choose one of three" rewards issued?

Successfully transfer eligible net assets of S$1,000,000 to Moomoo SG, and a virtual reward card representing your chosen reward will be issued in the Reward Center of the moomoo app. The reward will be unlocked after you maintain the transferred assets for 90 days.

When you unlock the reward, your dedicated Relationship Manager will contact you to confirm the type of reward you wish to receive and follow up on the subsequent reward collection. The specific time of reward collection will depend on the procurement time.

  1. If I initiate a transfer before 07/03/2025 at 12:00 PM SGT, but the transfer is still in progress when the promotion ends, can I still receive the reward?

  • For asset transfers initiated before 07/03/2025 at 12:00 PM SGT, we will monitor the progress of the in-transit transfers. If the transfer is successful after 07/03/2025 at 12:00 PM SGT and you meet the transfer task requirements, we can still claim the corresponding reward. The statement of account from your original broker should show that you initiated the transfer before 07/03/2025 at 12:00 PM SGT.

  • If the asset transfer you initiated before 07/03/2025 at 12:00 PM SGT fails after the promotion ends, resulting in failure to meet the transfer requirements, you will not be eligible for the reward.

  •  If you initiate an asset transfer after 07/03/2025 at 12:00 PM SGT, you will not be eligible for the rewards.

 

Conditions and Disclaimers

1. The rewards and offers in this campaign/promotion (“Campaign/Promotion”) are provided by Moomoo Financial Singapore Pte. Ltd. ("Moomoo SG"). By participating, you agree to the terms and conditions of this Campaign/Promotion and the existing Client Agreement. Moomoo SG has the final decision on eligibility participant eligibility.
2. Moomoo SG has the final right to interpret these terms and conditions. The data and data confirmed of this Promotion shall be subject to confirmation by Moomoo SG's back-end data. 5. You can only open one universal account with Moomoo SG. Moomoo SG does not allow to open a universal account on behalf of another person (i.e. non-beneficial owners are not allowed to open accounts). Please do not open the universal account if you are not the ultimate beneficial owner. 
6. Each device, whether mobile or computer, can only receive one set of account opening bonus, deposit bonus and/or referral bonus. The same user can only be invited once. The same moomoo account, the same mobile phone number, and the same device are all regarded as representing the same user.
7. If your universal account shows signs of fraud, abuse, or suspicious activity, such as the use of multiple accounts or devices, Moomoo SG may, at its sole discretion, confiscate your reward entitlements and limit your opportunities to participate in future Campaign/Promotion.

11. Any trademarks, graphic symbols, logos or intellectual property contained in any materials relating to this Campaign/Promotion, particularly in connection with the rewards/prizes, are the property of their respective owners. Moomoo SG does not provide any financial advice, endorsement or sponsorship of its products or services.
12. This Campaign/Promotion is not eligible to users whose names are on the "Moomoo SG Event Participation Ban List". If a user repeatedly violates safety rules of Moomoo SG, their name will be added to the "Moomoo SG Event Participation Ban List".
13. Should a user not fulfil all the stated conditions of this Campaign/Promotion event, Moomoo SG reserves the right to cancel all offers or benefits promised in this event. Commissions and fees will then be charged by Moomoo SG as per normal standards.
14. By participating in this Campaign/Promotion, Participant hereby grants full and unconditional consent to Moomoo SG to use, reproduce, distribute and publicly display all images and videos content, including but not limited to photographs, videos and audio recordings (collectively referred to as "Content").
15. Cash Rewards do not have any buying power until the face value of the Cash Reward is credited to your brokerage account. The use of cash rewards depends on the order amount, product type, applicable market, and other conditions. Cash Rewards can be used only once per order. Cash Rewards can be used in conjunction with a Commission Discount or Zero Commission Coupon. By default, Cash Rewards with the earliest expiration will be used first. If two or more Cash Rewards have the same expiration date, by default, the Cash Rewards with the higher denomination will be used first. Cash Rewards are not registered, non-transferrable, irrecoverable once lost, and can be used only once. Cash Rewards are promotion rewards, and Moomoo SG reserves the right to reclaim Cash Rewards acquired via inappropriate means, such as exploiting system vulnerabilities, hacking, and false pretenses.
16. 16. Campaign end date has been extended from 11/02/2025 at 9:59 PM SGT to 07/03/2025 at 12:00 PM SGT. Any subscription to the return rewards under this Event/Promotion after the stipulated date will no longer be eligible to participate in the Event/Promotion.
17. The Terms and Conditions are written in both Chinese and English. In the event of any discrepancy between the Chinese version and the English version, the English version shall prevail.
