The participating entity must be an individual account, and corporate accounts are not entitled to participate.
Moomoo SG reserves the right to change the eligibility criteria for this activity.
Clients who successfully completed a 1 time transfer[1] in stock valued equivalent to the task to Moomoo SG are eligible to receive the following rewards:

The reward you can receive is determined by the amount of your first successful transfer during the event period, and the cumulative transfer value is not calculated.

*Only the first 100 users who complete a S$300,000 transfer before the campaign ends can receive the S$300,000 tiered reward. Once the first 100 users have reached its limit, a one-time transfer of at least S$300,000 will receive trading cash coupon valued at S$1,000 (10 x S$100 trading cash coupon).

The transfer amount is based on the market value of assets at the time of initiation of the transfer.
Only long positions in stocks (HK/ US/ SG stocks) are eligible for transfer rewards, short positions are not supported for transfer.
Based on the exchange rate on 12/2/2025, the USD to SGD exchange rate is 1.35.
Once you are eligible to receive the reward, the reward will not be automatically issued to your account. You need to click on the "Claim" button to redeem the reward.
The prize redemption period is within 20 days after the end of the event. Please note that the first 3 tiers of rewards will not be reissued if you do not claim it within the deadline.
Since the S$300,000 tiered reward is a choice between two options, you need to choose the reward you want on the event page. Once the reward is confirmed, it will be issued immediately and cannot be changed thereafter. Please decide carefully before selecting the desired reward you want.
If you are eligible to receive the S$300,000 tiered reward, but have not claimed it 1 hour before the deadline, and there are still available rewards for this tier, it will default as trading cash coupon which the system will automatically issue S$1,500 trading cash coupons (15 x S$100 trading cash coupon) to your account.
After the reward is received, you need to maintain a 90-day average daily asset amount ≥ the transfer amount corresponding to the reward to unlock the reward.
The 90-day lock-up period commence from the day the reward is claimed, and not on the day the transfer is successful. For example: If your first initial transfer of S$50,000 completes on 1/3/2025, reward is claimed on 3/3/2025, then your lock-up period will begin from 3/3/2025.
Eligibility: In conjunction with the eligibility for the transfer-in promotion, only clients who have never transferred in or out of stocks before 10:00PM SGT on 27/2/2025 are eligible to apply.
How to apply: Please send an email to our customer service team at clientservice@sg.moomoo.com and attach the bill of your other brokerage account to apply for the transfer fee subsidy.
Subsidy arrival time: The subsidy will be issued to your Moomoo SG account in the form of a cash coupon and will be credited within 15 working days. You are required to use the coupon within the validity period, and it will not be reissued upon expiration.
Subsidy limit: Up to a maximum of S$200 subsidy, only applies to your initial first transfer to Moomoo SG.
Transferring from FUTU Group's brokerage firms to Moomoo SG will not be eligible for transfer fee subsidies.
Eligibility: In conjunction with the eligibility for the transfer-in promotion, only clients who have never transferred in or out of stocks before 10:00PM SGT on 27/2/2025 are eligible to receive it.
Issuance method and time: After completing a transfer from CDP, you are required to enter the event page and click [claim] to get the reward.
180-Day Singapore Stock Commission-Free Card: Valid for 365 days. If it is not used after the validity period, the reward will expire and will not be reissued upon expiration.
S$50 trading cash coupon: Min. buy trade of S$5,000 applies and is valid for 90 days. If it is not used after the validity period, the reward will expire and will not be reissued upon expiration.

How do I redeem my rewards?
Upon your initial first transfer reaches the corresponding amount, you are required to return to the event page and click on the "Claim" button. The reward may be found under [My Rewards].
After the reward has been issued, it is in frozen state. You are required to maintain a 90-day average asset amount based on the corresponding reward to unlock it. If the asset maintenance fails, the reward will expire and will not be reissued upon expiration.
How many rewards can I claim?
Each user can only claim 1 reward out of the 4 depending on the first initiated amount.
The specific amount of the transfer is based on the real-time stock price on the day you initiate the transfer.
If I initiate a transfer of less than S$10,000, and I transfer an additional amount of S$10,000/ S$50,000/ S$150,000/ S$300,000, will I still be eligible for an upper reward tier?
No, you will not qualify for the upper reward tier if you top up your transfer to the above qualifying amount.
However, you will still be able to enjoy the transfer fee subsidy of up to S$200, which is only valid for the first-initial transfer.
If I previously transferred funds to Moomoo SG, can I still enjoy this promotion?
Unfortunately no, the promotion is only valid for new/ existing users who have never transferred-in funds from other brokerages to Moomoo SG, never transferred-out funds from Moomoo SG, or have not participated in the previous transfer-in event.
How many days must I maintain my assets to claim my reward?
You must maintain your respective assets for at least 90 days in order to qualify for the respective rewards.
However, if you wish to perform buy/sell trade using your available assets in the event of market performance, you may still continue to do so. Due to stock price fluctuations, the total asset value is allowed to drop by 20% from the stated amount.
How is the transfer fee subsidised?
Upon successful transfer of eligible assets to Moomoo SG, please submit a request to our client service team at clientservice@sg.moomoo.com with your statement of account of the outside broker for the transfer fee.
The subsidy will be issued to the user's Moomoo SG universal account within 15 working days in the form of cash coupons. Moomoo SG will subsidise the expenses deducted from the original brokerage firm due to the transfer, up to a maximum of S$200.
Transfers from brokerage firms under Futu Holdings to Moomoo SG will not be eligible for transaction fee subsidies.
How can I redeem my iPhone 16 (128GB)?
If you have initiated a transfer amounting to at least S$300,000 from another brokerage to Moomoo SG, you may go to the activity page. The system will issue a virtual reward card representing an iPhone 16 (128GB) to the reward center in the moomoo app.
Once you maintain your asset of S$300,000 or more for over 90 days, you can then visit "My Rewards" in the app again and click on the "Check" button to provide your contact details. Upon 15 working days after you have completed the form, our staff will contact you to claim your iPhone 16 (128GB) via email to head to our office for collection. Please ensure your contact details are right at the point of completing the form.
Note: iPhone 16 (128GB) is limited to the first 100 eligible customers who have successfully initiated S$300,000 share transfer. The first 100 eligible customers are derived from completion of successful transfer-in share from another brokerage to Moomoo SG. Customers will not be able to select the choice of their phone colours and all colours are based on first-come first-serve basis depending on the stock order by Moomoo SG.
What happens in the event if the S$300,000 tiered reward is fully redeemed?
In the event if the S$300,000 tiered reward has been fully redeemed, you may still receive 10 x S$100 trading cash coupon (total S$1,000) once you initiate one-time transfer (SGD) ≥ S$300,000. However, you are required to click on the "Claim" button to redeem it.
The rewards and offers in this campaign/promotion (“Campaign/Promotion”) are provided by Moomoo Financial Singapore Pte. Ltd. ("Moomoo SG"). You can only open one universal account with Moomoo SG. Moomoo SG does not allow to open a universal account on behalf of another person (i.e. non-beneficial owners are not allowed to open accounts). Please do not open the universal account if you are not the ultimate beneficial owner.
Each device, whether mobile or computer, can only receive one set of account opening bonus, deposit bonus and/or referral bonus. The same user can only be invited once. The same moomoo account, the same mobile phone number, and the same device are all regarded as representing the same user.
If your universal account shows signs of fraud, abuse, or suspicious activity, such as the use of multiple accounts or devices, Moomoo SG may, at its sole discretion, confiscate your reward entitlements and limit your opportunities to participate in future Campaign/Promotion.

Should a user not fulfil all the stated conditions of this Campaign/Promotion event, Moomoo SG reserves the right to cancel all offers or benefits promised in this event. Commissions and fees will then be charged by Moomoo SG as per normal standards.
By participating in this Campaign/Promotion, Participant hereby grants full and unconditional consent to Moomoo SG to use, reproduce, distribute and publicly display all images and videos content, including but not limited to photographs, videos and audio recordings (collectively referred to as "Content").
Cash Coupons do not have any buying power until the face value of the Cash Reward is credited to your brokerage account. The use of cash coupons depends on the order amount, product type, applicable market, and other conditions. Cash Coupons can be used only once per order. Cash Coupons can be used in conjunction with a Commission Discount or Zero Commission Coupon. By default, Cash Coupons with the earliest expiration will be used first. If two or more Cash Coupons have the same expiration date, by default, the Cash Coupons with the higher denomination will be used first. Cash Coupons are not registered, non-transferrable, irrecoverable once lost, and can be used only once. Cash Coupons are promotion rewards, and Moomoo SG reserves the right to reclaim Cash Coupons acquired via inappropriate means, such as exploiting system vulnerabilities, hacking, and false pretenses.
The Terms and Conditions are written in both Chinese and English. In the event of any discrepancy between the Chinese version and the English version, the English version shall prevail.
