4.Campaign Summary

1. Individual Ranking Rewards: During the event, users can get the corresponding game points by playing games. After the event, the top 200 players with the most game points can get corresponding rewards. Rewards issued are based on the various rankings.

2. Additional Rewards: During the event, users can get additional rewards when their game points has reached the target level.

*Each user can only enjoy one of the rewards listed in the table, and the reward is non-stackable.

Reward issuance: You are not required to claim it manually. Rewards will be automatically issued to your universal account within 7 working days after the event ends.

Individual game scores reach 100: 500 moomoo points

Individual game scores reach 200: 500 moomoo points

Individual game scores reach 300: 500 moomoo points

Reward issuance: The above rewards can be stacked, but they need to be claimed manually and will be credited within 3 working days. If you do not claim it during the event period, it will be forfeited and there is strictly no reissuance of the reward.

A maximum of 1,500 additional moomoo points can be obtained per user.

[Special Note] To ensure fairness, cheating is strictly prohibited in this event. If detected, any game rewards will be forfeited.

6.Participation & Earning Gameplay Chances

6.1 How to Participate?

During the event, users can choose any game to play. There are 3 games in total, which can be chosen during the event.

• Each user can get 3 free gameplay for the first time.

• When a user completes a game, he or she can get corresponding game points. The points obtained vary depending on the progress of the game.

• When there are no gameplay chance, users can get gain more chances by completing tasks.

• The list of tasks includes but is not limited to completing referral tasks/ browsing designated pages, etc. The specific tasks are subject to the display of the tasks.

• Once the event has ended, unused gameplay chances will no longer be valid.

6.2 How to Earn Gameplay Chances?

• Each user has 3 gameplay chances by default.

• Completing more tasks allow users to score more gameplay chances (such as browsing designated content, completing trading tasks, etc.). The specific tasks are subjected to the list of tasks.

• Different gameplay chances will be awarded to users according to the difficulty of the task.

4. Currently, Moomoo SG limits account sign-ups to a limited group of nationalities. Please click on the drop-down box during your account opening process to see if your nationality is available on the list.

5. You can only open one universal account with Moomoo SG. Moomoo SG does not allow to open a universal account on behalf of another person (i.e. non-beneficial owners are not allowed to open accounts). Please do not open the universal account if you are not the ultimate beneficial owner.

6. Each device, whether mobile or computer, can only receive one set of account opening bonus, deposit bonus and/or referral bonus. The same user can only be invited once. The same moomoo account, the same mobile phone number, and the same device are all regarded as representing the same user.

7. If your universal account shows signs of fraud, abuse, or suspicious activity, such as the use of multiple accounts or devices, Moomoo SG may, at its sole discretion, confiscate your reward entitlements and limit your opportunities to participate in future Campaign/Promotion.

8. In Singapore, investment products and services available through the Moomoo App are offered through Moomoo Financial Singapore Pte. Ltd. regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS). Moomoo SG shall not be responsible for any injury, loss or damage suffered as a result of, or in connection with the Campaign/Promotion and/or redemption or use of the prize/rewards howsoever arising, including but not limited to, fulfilment of the prizes/rewards, any breakdown or malfunction in any computer system or equipment, any notice which is misdirected and/or lost in the post, loss of income, profits or goodwill, direct or indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, punitive or special damages of any party including third parties howsoever arising whether in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise. For the avoidance of doubt, cancellation, suspension or termination by Moomoo SG of this Campaign/Promotion shall not entitle any party to any claim or compensation against Moomoo SG for any and all losses or damage suffered or incurred directly or indirectly resulting therefrom.

11. Any trademarks, graphic symbols, logos or intellectual property contained in any materials relating to this Campaign/Promotion, particularly in connection with the rewards/prizes, are the property of their respective owners. Moomoo SG does not provide any financial advice, endorsement or sponsorship of its products or services.

12. This Campaign/Promotion is not eligible to users whose names are on the "Moomoo SG Event Participation Ban List". If a user repeatedly violates safety rules of Moomoo SG, their name will be added to the "Moomoo SG Event Participation Ban List".

13. Should a user not fulfil all the stated conditions of this Campaign/Promotion event, Moomoo SG reserves the right to cancel all offers or benefits promised in this event. Commissions and fees will then be charged by Moomoo SG as per normal standards.

14. The fee adjustment such as the US stock commission-free fee is applicable to (i) Singapore citizens; or (ii) non-Singapore citizens residing in Singapore with a valid proof of address which can be either a bill or bank statement within the past 3 months prior to opening the account, or the Singpass residential address in Singapore (if using Singpass for account opening); or (iii) other eligible clients confirmed by Moomoo SG. This fee adjustment applies only to individual clients. Moomoo SG reserves the right to change to whom (eligible clients) this fee adjustment applies.

15. By participating in this Campaign/Promotion, Participant hereby grants full and unconditional consent to Moomoo SG to use, reproduce, distribute and publicly display all images and videos content, including but not limited to photographs, videos and audio recordings (collectively referred to as "Content").

16. Cash Coupons do not have any buying power until the face value of the Cash Coupons is credited to your brokerage account. The use of cash coupon depends on the order amount, product type, applicable market, and other conditions. Cash Coupons can be used only once per order. Cash Coupons can be used in conjunction with a Commission Discount or Zero Commission Coupon. By default, Cash Coupons with the earliest expiration will be used first. If two or more Cash Coupons have the same expiration date, by default, the Cash Coupons with the higher denomination will be used first. Cash Coupons are not registered, non-transferrable, irrecoverable once lost, and can be used only once. Cash Coupons are promotion rewards, and Moomoo SG reserves the right to reclaim Cash Coupons acquired via inappropriate means, such as exploiting system vulnerabilities, hacking, and false pretenses.

17. The Terms and Conditions are written in both Chinese and English. In the event of any discrepancy between the Chinese version and the English version, the English version shall prevail.
