Daiwa House and Sanwa Shutter Manufacturing developed the fire-blocking panel shutter "Split Sea".
On the 4th, Daiwa House Industry <1802.T> announced that, in collaboration with Sanwa HD <5929.T> and Sanwa Shutter Manufacturing, it developed a panel shutter called "Split-Seater" that maintains convenience through large openings in partially wooden buildings while blocking fire spread during emergencies. As of March 31, it received approval from the Minister of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism as a fire protection facility with heat resistance performance for 90 minutes (certification number EH090-0001, EH090-0002). "Split-Seater" is designed to reduce fire.
