2-continued savings on interest rate since they omly started benefit from it in sept last year. this will be more evident from this year.
3- last year operational free cash flow is 4-5x EPS. you can expect this to show up in this and next year's EPS. the results will come by itself.
4-doing more is always welcome so any unlocking of nav via asset sales at no loss to latest valuation will unlock nav, reduce gearing.
5- still some inventory of units not yet taken fully. you can expect more sales proceeds as these get sold off.
6-orie. this will translate into figures this FY.

It’s oversimplify to assume everyone is flying in on $SIA (C6L.SG)$  . If it’s a sellout concert with huge boost to tourism sector and GDP, why is nobody snatching up $MM2 Asia (1B0.SG)$ stocks? I think the only tangible beneficiary is $SATS (S58.SG)$  but it’s not like a huge boost to their revenue.
