$iShares 20+ Year Treasury Bond ETF (TLT.US)$I feel bad for anyone who loaded the boat with this as a tail risk hedge. There were legitimate concerns I had that prevented me from buying it (including bond vigilante risk), and it appears I may have been vindicated.

I just realized there's a dividend Tax for TLT lately. This is the First time I see this Dividend Tax for my TLT. There's Never any Dividend Tax before this. Anyone face the same problem?

Great question. A correlation of 1 means assets are moving in perfect sync—if one goes down, so does the other. In panic markets, everything sells off together. No safety. Just liquidation.

Not necessarily. Real assets like property can still hold value when paper assets are in freefall. But in these markets, timing and strategy are everything. Stay sharp.

I have a 4th possible option but I may likely be wrong. Accumulate stocks that continues to pay dividends frequently. Assuming the stock price will rise again, it is merely paper loss while receiving dividend. I am not sure if I am allowed to insert a stock ticker symbol here as it could be misconstrued as financial advise but a certain BlackRock Trust has been paying over 10% the past 4 years on a monthly basis. Please let me know your thoughts..
