Otter Tail's low P/E ratio may be due to anticipated future earnings decline. The potential for earnings improvement doesn't seem significant enough to justify a higher P/E ratio, hindering a strong share price rise in the near future.
Otter Tail's dividend seems sustainable as it's backed by profit and cash flow. The firm's earnings per share growth rate is commendable, making it a solid choice for dividend investors.
