73372627 : I think you really do not understand how tariffs work.
from long time China want to establish in Mexico and Canada, but they fall and will be us is. chinese mentality it is: I buy, is mine and only mine. This do not fet with Mexican and Canadian mentality.
Second: tariffs applied to everithing is done by that country. So any parts produce in China (in this example), will has the tariffs of that country. Assambled is one thing and "made in" is other thing.
Third: Mexico it is an hard permits country. The best example it is minning industry also for remote sides. Then it is also the national sentiment which it is defavorable to Chinese. I do not see a good mariage between the Chinese arrogance and the latinos way to be and think. Will be a funny show, LOL.
Powell will be remove soon from his post. Anyways was the most stupid and politic ideological driven on his post from all US Reserve history.
At this point the resistence against lowering the rates come from a majority of democrats, but this tendency become reversed more and more. US will lower the rates very soon. No other choice.
Inflation probably will be but at very moderate level. Nothing to panic on this point. The tariffs go versus growing the GDP, lower the prices of daily consumer needs, growing the manpower and lowering the unemployement %. Tariffs mean the USD will stay more inland which mean more powerfull if will continue to be the main international exchange commodity.
Hope you will agrees with some of those points. Anyways, nothig is done over the night except my and our trading.
