they're both garbage at this point in time there's no reason to buy them they have nothing but headwinds coming their way they have nothing but further limitations restrictions of who they can sell to
the proof is if you listen to the head of the treasury Scott Bessent, you can go watch a video on X or YouTube it was done about a week and a half ago where he describes three buckets a bring a yellow and a red kind of like a stoplight. the countries that come to the table first that negotiate first and president Trump signs off on the terms of their tariffs cuz each one is going to be done individually as a nation they're going to get thrown in the green bucket they're going to have the lowest tariffs the most favorable terms for trade with the United States. next you're going to have a yellow bucket and these countries are going to be the ones that piss and moan and complain and they're going to drag their feet so they're not going to get as good as terms and then lastly you have the red bucket China's in the red bucket they're always going to stay in the red bucket and you have Iran in the red bucket and you have South Africa and the red bucket you've got a lot of other countries like Russia in the red bucket. these are the countries that President Trump deems a national security risk to the United States.
and what's going to happen once these tariff deals are done whoever's in the yellow bucket Nvidia AMD and every other tech company that has limitations placed on them by President Trump will have a further restriction of what they can sell to those countries and then the red bucket you're going to have an outright ban and you're watching it take place right now just as Nvidia had the rug pulled on them yesterday and AMD had the rug pulled on them yesterday. both of these companies were operating under the current law they were in full compliance under what Biden had set up these companies built inventory to sell legally to China. and then Trump stopped it on a dime causing 5 and 1/2 billion dollars in losses to Nvidia 800 million to AMD. and there's going to be a laundry list of other companies in the days to follow that fall in this category. have massive charge-offs against earnings.
none of these companies are ever going to get a license to do business in China it's basically president Trump trying to isolate China and cause it to collapse because they won't have anybody to sell their goods to and they're not going to be able to sell their goods because they're going to be missing key components to manufacture.
hereyougo : I think so, patient
“COOKIE MONSTER” OP hereyougo : lots buying lots selling
