Big lots just came out of chapter 11 and they are reopening stores every week. they were very transparent through the whole BK. Fisker has been quiet and doesn't release any info. that leads me to believe a buyout or a merger/acquisition was probably why. just like big lots. chapter 11 isn't the end. it's a new beginning.
