I like the way you're thinking. thanks for the information. I've worked for value based care organizations & I'm not sure if VBC is the answer. I believe the answer to reducing health care costs starts with farm subsidies. most of the patients I work with are people of color who have been economically marginalized for generations. they have to buy shitty cheap food to feed the family. mostly corn based products bc corn is heavily subsidized. diabetes, chronic kidney disease, hypertension, chronic heart failure, the list goes on. polychronic conditions are the new normal & companies like uhc love that. Just remember we are all in this together. I'm happy to make less money trading if it means my fellow humans are well.
