this trade was transacted sometime back in 2021, before the rate hike! this was my move done in advance to catch the potential that ESG holds. however, this stock dropped after I bought it and has never rebounded well since. but as I have set aside a long term holding for this stock, I'm fine with the drop and will wait this out! I did read too that ESG stocks don't immediately grow well so I guess we're in for a long ride with this one!

haha I did read that sg is gonna phase out combustion vehicles by 2035 tho so ....!! im expecting better days for this reit then! it's slow and long term investment for the future !
