$Gencor Industries (GENC.US)$ - They have their entire market cap in cash on their books with zero debt. They're also well positioned to benefit from the new infrastructure bill. That cash hoard can also be a bit of an anchor for the stock, and there's very low volume here. If management ever does anything with it, though, this could go up massively.
