Most of the Reits had been downtrending since 1Q of 2022 due to high interest environment that why many reits so cheap now, see charts with interest rates. High interest environment many will go for safer high interest rates products like bank, tbills, ssb, digital savings, mmf ects. So when you see those rates start coming down across the board, reits look attractive again. It take times to rotate a economic sector cycle so maybe you can goggle for more information. You can still buy when the reits start trending up, i start buy because i think is cheap now. Reits is slow runner, you want fast can go catch tiger.
