$Colgate-Palmolive (CL.US)$ I wouldn’t try to stop it from breaking the 50 day moving average and sliding to 82, because the fair value is around 84. I don’t see a bull case where the price can climb to its all time high from here.

But if we realize this drop is just mean reversion, and the drop itself actually works as resistance, the temptation can be easily resisted. It may has temporarily bottomed, but is not going anywhere far without a significant improvement of the earnings power. Worth noting, however, this is a rate play; if inflation drops, this can go up substantially.
