Uni-Asia to Acquire Bulkship From Unicorn For $20.9 Million

Uni-Asia Grp (00458) announced that on April 2, 2025, its indirectly wholly-owned subsidiary Hefei Uni-Asia signed a construction contract with contractor Anhui Fuhuang Steel Structure Co., Ltd. According to this contract, the contractor will provide services for constructing logistics facilities on the land for a contract amount of RMB 45.1396 million, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the construction contract. It is reported that the land is owned by Hefei Uni-Asia, located in the Economic and Technological Development Zone of Hefei City, Anhui Province, China, covering an area of approximately 9,263 square meters, where logistics facilities will be constructed.
