I asked ChatGPT about this matter and yes some guardrails as in to what degree it should be artist hand drawing vs digital drawing vs prompt drawing. These elements should be considered as well cause some artist like myself are better at prompting than to hand draw things. So should also give a fair way of how to assess things when it comes to copyrights. It's getting more complicated when AI start to emerge. In fact most hand drawn artist uses AI to draw the frame first then they just draw it themselves by hand. Then you could claim 100% hand drawn. Or you should credit there made by customised prompted as a signature.
