$Alibaba (BABA.US)$1. On April 19th, U.S. President Trump unexpectedly stated during a media briefing at the White House on April 18th, "By the way, we're having nice conversations going with China. It's really very good." 2. Trump did not provide further details. The day before, he hinted that the tariff war between the U.S. and China might end, as he does not want tariff increases to discourage consumer spending.
$SPDR S&P 500 ETF (SPY.US)$ $Alibaba (BABA.US)$ so I said the chance of a deal is small, if any, not least due to Trump's Agenda to crush CCP, but also due to the current political infighting inside CCP, where Xi might even be under some sort of restraining orders, his wife kept as a hostage in case they defect (but Xi won't defect to Vietnam, Cambodia or Malaysia, these countries cannot support his lifestyle nor have the political clout to accept Xi's defection). Weirdly, for 2 weeks, I have been...

.-. dude Xi has absolute power. He rewrote the freaking consitution so he can stay in power forever. It’s not a democracy like here in America. Memebers can try to challenge his power and some did during Covid, but ultimately shut down immediately. You can easily be called a traitor rn if you don’t support China’s fight against the US. No Trump is not trying to collapse the ccp. Just like how no other country will try and elimite Trump, which honestly would solve this tariff war in it’s entirety. The US doesn’t want to get into a direct confrontation with China. The CCP is filled with millions of people and you are indoctrinated at a young age to join the Party. Billionaires can disappear in a blink of an eye. This influencer you’ve been quoting is mixing up facts with consipiracy. She is empathetic to FLG causes. She has said Xi was going to get couped like the past 3+ years. Last time she’s been to China was like 10 years ago. And secret document from the ccp did not get leaked LMAO. Information is so tightly controlled in China. If so other Media sources would of reported on it already. So no these China Channels etc etc are not accurate and draw a thin line behind truth and reality. If you can’t distinguish between what is facts and conspiracy then I don’t know what to tell you. It also doesn’t help that they are not reporting and showing where they are getting their information. The video clips are real and highlight problems in China, but they are not on brinks of collapse regardless of what they want you to believe. They are also not under some magic fairyland situation as well. China has problrms but total collapse is stretching it. China’s been trying to remove or weaken the USD hegemony so it can do trade with other countries more easily. America depends on China more than it likes to admit. After the June deadline, you’re going to see a complete collapse of supply chains. You can still ship goods from China rn under $800 dollars until May 2nd. After that $25 item or 30% Duty. If you are middle or upper class these tariffs will barely affect you unless you are in the import and exporting business. America should worry about it’s own problems like homelessness, wealth inequality, education, infrastructure, and manufacturing before worrying about other countries. Respectully the average citizen doesn’t care. Just like how in the 2008 crash, everyone lived normal lives and no blood on the street. Everyone is going to live normal lives just like here in America. What trump is trying to do is trying to contain China, but that’s just not going to work. It’s like trapping a dragon. It’s not going to work. It can bring them to the table and discuss real issues but the trying to collapse the ccp is not only dangerous but would put us into World War 3. China’s US export business are not meant to make money anyways, they are state owned or state subsidized. So it doesn’t even matter lol. In a way they are subsizing American lifestyles by barely making any profit. Chinese companies made investments in all these South East asia countries and own factories. It’s legit capitalism to the max and a game of monopoly. They are trying to create a new economy so they can become even more dependent on China. The friendlier countries are going to be the ones that get tossed around more in this trade war because they know they can’t do anything . They can’t cut off china because 50% of their profit come from China. But they can’t sever relations with the US at least not yet because of their economic situation. So what thry will most likely do is wait until Trump is out of office. This is an entirely a game a chicken and is not good policy making. Good policy making is building infrastructure and investing America, and not getting into World War 3 which would be a complete waste of Tax payer money.
$Alibaba (BABA.US)$Trump criticized Powell for playing politics and stated that the president has the authority to remove the Federal Reserve chairman.
$Alibaba (BABA.US)$President Donald Trump said he was reluctant to continue ratcheting up tariffs on China because it could stall trade between the two countries, and insisted Beijing had repeatedly reached out in a bid to broker a deal.
