Tokyo Sangyo <8070.T>, a Machinery trading company, is performing well. At one point, it reached a price of 710 yen, which is an 18 yen increase compared to the previous day. After market close on the first day, it was announced that Seika Sangyo <8061.T> would acquire stocks. Seika Sangyo plans to acquire 3,321,800 shares of Tokyo Sangyo, which represents 11.58% of the total outstanding shares, on April 3rd.
