Yamaha Corporation has entered into a stock purchase agreement to acquire all the Stocks of Australian Telwater Pty Ltd.
Yamaha Corporation announced on the 1st that its group company, Yamaha Motor Australia, has signed a stock purchase agreement with Canada's BRP, through which BRP's subsidiary will acquire all shares of the Australian Aluminum boat manufacturing company Telwater. Telwater boasts one of the largest production and sales volumes of boats in the Southern Hemisphere. It is the most popular Aluminum boat in Australia.
