On March 19, according to Glonghui, Sichuan Guangan AAA Public (600979.SH) announced that on March 18, 2025, its holding subsidiary, Sichuan Mianyang Aizhong Power Generation Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Mianyang Aizhong Power Generation"), received a letter from the Policy and Reform Bureau of Pingwu County regarding the proper handling of the exit of small hydropower stations, requiring Mianyang Aizhong Power Generation to complete the exit work for the first and second level power stations of the Si'er River by the end of June 2025. The company holds 75.86% of the shares in Mianyang Aizhong Power Generation, which has a total installed capacity of 0.081 million kW across three hydropower stations, including an installed capacity of 0.02 million kW for the first level power station of Si'er River (Guangcaoping Power Station) and for the second level of Si'er River.
