Wanhua Chemical Group (600309.SH): The chairman proposed a share buyback of 0.3 billion yuan to -0.5 billion yuan.

Glory Holdings reported on April 7 that Wanhua Chemical Group (600309.SH) announced that to protect the interests of all shareholders, enhance investor confidence, and stabilize and increase the company's value, based on confidence in the company's future development, the company's chairman Mr. Liao Zengtai proposed to repurchase some of the company's shares through centralized competitive trading. The repurchased shares will be used to reduce registered capital, optimize the company's capital structure, and increase shareholder value.
