Gelonghui, on April 3, announced that Sany Heavy Industry (600031.SH) has published an employee stock ownership plan for 2025, with a total establishment scale not exceeding 535,331,979 yuan. The funding for this employee stock ownership plan comes from the reward fund accrued according to the company's "Key Position Compensation Management Measures" and the "Notice on Implementing New Compensation Methods (Trial) for Newly Hired Employees in Certain Positions," among other regulations. The source of the stocks for this employee stock ownership plan is the shares repurchased from the company's repurchase special account, totaling no more than 33,271,099 shares, which does not exceed 1% of the company's current total share capital.
