It has been revealed that Blackrock Japan (Blackrock) and co-holders have jointly acquired more than 5% of the shares of Kobe Steel <5406.T>. According to a substantial holding report submitted by Blackrock after the market closed on the 3rd, it was found that they, along with co-holders, own 20,357,809 shares of the company (holding ratio of 5.14%).
