With a private placement of 30% of their equity, I think the dividend wil be quite diluted and hopefully the new capital they would be able to bring in a better profit else I would expect a drop of 30%. Hope that it does not turn out this way.

dont expect share price to increase. likely only maintain consistent 6% dividend. They have been doing private placements at least once every 2 years, share price will almost never increase as a result. Anyhow 6% dividend is somewhat ok for dividend investors pov.

I have seen news saying their target is to manage the assets of up to RM3 Billion. Therefore, before reaching this target, they won't stop buying.. Anyhow, it is good to buy for long term investment as passive income.
