Haitian Cable (08227.HK) intends to establish a subsidiary in GaoYou to develop, produce, and sell two-wheel logistics vehicles powered by hydrogen energy.
On June 20th, Gelunhui reported that Haitian Telecom (08227.HK) plans to establish a wholly-owned subsidiary with a registered capital of RMB 20 million in Gaoyou City. The establishment of the wholly-owned subsidiary is based on the company's advantages in the Internet of Things and data transmission analysis, combined with the policy support of Gaoyou City to the new energy industry, and aims to develop, produce and sell hydrogen-powered two-wheeled logistics vehicles.
Shang Li Jian resigned as the shareholder representative supervisor of Hainan Airlines (08227).
Haitian Antenna (08227) has announced that Shang Lijian has resigned as the company's supervisor shareholder representative supervisor, effective from June 3, 2024. Following Shang Lijian's resignation and the nomination of Beijing Jingtai shareholder representative supervisor, Zeng Kun is willing and will be elected as the shareholder representative supervisor at the company's shareholder annual meeting to be held on June 28, 2024.
