On April 25, Gelonghui reported that JIADING INTL GP (08153.HK) announced that on February 4, 2025, Tian Asia ("Applicant") filed a winding-up petition against the company at the High Court of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, concerning an alleged debt of approximately HKD 6,380,000, purportedly the principal and interest owed by the company to the Applicant under several loan agreements. The hearing of the petition is expected to take place on May 19, 2025. Due to the Board of Directors believing that there is a genuine dispute regarding the Applicant's claim, the company will oppose the petition. The company is taking appropriate action to address the petition and resolve the related matters.
