We are a grain and oil wholesaler, headquartered in Yangzhou, mainly operating retail businesses in supermarkets and convenience stores under the “Hongxinlong” brand in the central Soviet Union. According to industry reports, in terms of sales in 2023, we ranked second among supermarket operators in Yangzhou, with a market share of about 9.1%; in terms of sales in 2023, we ranked fifth among supermarket operators in central Jiangsu, with a market share of about 2.3%; and in terms of sales in 2023, we ranked about 20th among supermarket operators in Jiangsu Province, with a market share of about 0.4%. As of the last practical date, we operated 51 supermarkets and 109 convenience stores in Jiangsu Province. Of these, 49 supermarkets and 108 convenience stores were located in Yangzhou, and 2 supermarkets and 1 convenience store were located in Taizhou. In addition to supermarkets and convenience stores, we also operate two shopping malls in Yangzhou, namely Jiangdu Mall and Hongxinlong Shopping Center. Jiangdu Mall opened in 1995 with a construction area of about 6,000 square meters. Hongxinlong Shopping Center opened in 2020, with a construction area of about 3,000 square meters.
