After careful consideration of the recovery pace of the Saipan Leisure travel market and the substantial capital expenditure required for renovations and brand revitalization of Kanoa Resort, the management and Director believe that the land lease for Kanoa Resort will expire on June 15, 2025 ("expiry date".
