Yadi Group Holdings Co., Ltd. (“Yadi” or the “Company”, together with its subsidiaries, collectively the “Group”) was founded in 2001. It is a leading electric two-wheeler brand in the People's Republic of China (“China”), focusing on the design, research, development, manufacture and sale of electric scooters, electric bicycles, batteries and related accessories, and is headquartered in Wuxi, Jiangsu Province. Over the past 24 years, it has successfully established “Yadi” as the top brand of electric two-wheelers in China. Under the “Yadi” brand, the Group provides a variety of electric scooters and electric bicycles with diverse designs, styles and functions to meet the needs of a wide range of customer groups. The Group's domestic distribution network covers nearly all administrative regions of China and consists of more than 3,660 distributors and their sub-distributors.
