step 1: announce intention in QR;
step 2: seek approval in agm;
step 3: once approved, announce details of dividend plan including ex date etc;
myeg never makes any guarantee on fixed certain percentages of distributable income for dividend, hence it requires to do all three steps every time wanna give dividend
