About ABC Company

The company's predecessor can be traced back to the Agricultural Cooperative Bank, which was established in 1951. Since it was re-established in February 1979, the Bank has successively experienced various stages of development, such as national specialty banks, wholly state-owned commercial banks, and state-owned commercial banks. In January 2009, the Bank was restructured as a company limited by shares. In July 2010, the Bank's main business was to provide banking and related financial services for companies listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange and the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, respectively.
