The company was founded on February 9, 2010, initiated by Hebei Construction Investment Water Services, and was listed on the main boards of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and the Shanghai Stock Exchange on October 13, 2010 and June 29, 2020, respectively. The company is mainly engaged in the investment, development, management and operation of wind power and solar power generation, sales of natural gas and natural gas appliances, and connection and construction of natural gas pipelines. The company's Tangshan Leting Bodhi Island Offshore Wind Power Demonstration Project and Kangbao Yongfeng 200MW Wind Power Project won the 2021-2022 China Installation Project Quality Award (China Installation Star), and the “Intelligent Control and Efficient Consumption Technology and Application of Wind Power Clusters Based on Big Data Cloud Platform” project won the second prize of the 2020 Hebei Science and Technology Progress Award.
