SWSI: ANNOUNCEMENT OF FINAL RESULTSFOR THE YEAR ENDED 31 DECEMBER 2024
SWSI (00812.HK): Further extension of the final repayment date for the investment loan at SWSI.
On March 28, Glonghui reported that SWSI (00812.HK) announced that on March 28, 2025, SWSI Investment and the company separately entered into the second supplemental agreement for the SWSI Investment fixed-term loan and the SWSI Investment revolving loan (collectively referred to as the 'Second SWSI Investment Loan Extension Agreement'). According to the Second SWSI Investment Loan Extension Agreement, among other matters, the lender and the borrower agree: 1. The final repayment date for the SWSI Investment fixed-term loan and the SWSI Investment revolving loan must be revised and extended to no later than March 27, 2026, or as jointly agreed by the lender and the borrower.
