ETERNITY INV (00764.HK) plans to implement a share consolidation based on a "10 for 1" criterion.
On April 16, Gelonghui reported that ETERNITY INV (00764.HK) announced that the Board of Directors suggested implementing a share consolidation, based on which every ten (10) existing shares with a par value of HKD 0.01 will be consolidated into one (1) consolidated share with a par value of HKD 0.10.
ETERNITY INV (00764.HK) issues Bonds with conditional conversion rights amounting to 9 million Hong Kong dollars.
On April 2, Glorious Exchange announced that ETERNITY INV (00764.HK) signed a subscription agreement with subscribers Mr. Li Dun and Mr. Feng Jianshun, whereby the subscribers conditionally agreed to subscribe, and the company conditionally agreed to issue Bonds with a principal amount of HKD 9 million. The Bonds will initially be ordinary Bonds, but will automatically become convertible Bonds once the conditions for the convertible Bonds are met on or before the final deadline for the convertible Bonds. The company plans to use the net proceeds from the Bonds issuance for general working capital.

On March 31, Gelonghui reported that ETERNITY INV (00764.HK) announced its annual results for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2024, with revenue of HKD 0.224 billion, representing a year-on-year increase of 13.87%; the annual loss attributable to Shareholders was HKD 0.416 billion, with a year-on-year increase of 51.08%; the basic loss per share was HKD 11.25 cents. The increase in losses was primarily due to (i) an increase in impairment losses on goodwill of HKD 0.137 billion; (ii) a decrease in revenue from the sale of serviced apartments classified as finance leases by HKD 12.016 million; (iii) according to investment properties.
