FW HOLDINGS (00572.HK) has completed the acquisition of all equity and shareholder loans of Aspire Holding.

On April 1, Glonghui announced that FW HOLDINGS (00572.HK) proudly announced that all the conditions precedent under the sale agreement have been met, and completion will be implemented on April 1, 2025, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the sale agreement. Upon completion, Aspire Holding will become a direct wholly-owned subsidiary of the company. Therefore, the financial performance, assets, and liabilities of the target group will be consolidated into the group's consolidated financial statements.

FW HOLDINGS (00572.HK) announces a profit alert: it is expected to record a profit of 13 million Hong Kong dollars for the fiscal year 2024.

On March 21, Gelonghui reported that FW HOLDINGS (00572.HK) announced that it expects to record a profit of approximately 13 million HKD for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2024 (the "reporting period"), compared to a loss of approximately 0.152 billion HKD for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2023 (the "same period"), primarily due to (i) an increase in the company's revenue from 39 million HKD in the same period to approximately 85 million HKD during the reporting period, due to the commencement of hotel operations and supporting businesses as well as an increase in rental and property management income; (ii) during the reporting period, calculated at fair value.
