The net debt ratio is only 26%, far below the industry average; in addition, profit attributable to shareholders reached 3.8 billion yuan, a sharp increase of 69% over the previous year. In 2019, Jindi's commercial property investment and management fee revenue reached 0.671 billion yuan, a significant increase of 32% over 2018.
