China In-Tech to Raise HK$10 Million From Share Issue
CHINA IN-TECH (00464.HK) intends to issue a total of 46 million shares at a discount of approximately 18.52% to raise about 10 million Hong Kong dollars.
On April 14, Gelonghui announced that CHINA IN-TECH (00464.HK) issued a statement indicating that on April 14, 2025, the company (as the issuer) entered into six subscription agreements with six subscribers. According to the agreements, the subscribers conditionally agreed to subscribe, and the company conditionally agreed to issue a total of 46 million subscription shares at a subscription price of HKD 0.22 per share (approximately 18.52% discount compared to the closing price of HKD 0.27 per share on the date of the subscription agreement).
