On April 2, Gelonghui announced that Yunnan Tourism (002059.SZ) has proposed to issue A-shares to specific targets for the year 2025. The number of shares to be issued to specific targets will not exceed 303,730,443 shares (including this number) and will not exceed 30% of the company's total share capital prior to this issuance. The total amount of funds to be raised from this issuance is not expected to exceed RMB 0.191 billion (including this number). After deducting issuance expenses, approximately RMB 0.133 billion is planned to be invested in the Engineering & Construction of the Chuzhou Overseas Chinese Town cultural tourism equipment industrial park project and basic equipment investment, while RMB 57.1 million is set aside for repaying interest-bearing debts and for supplementation.
