Gelonghui, April 3rd丨SUPERACTIVE GP (00176.HK) announced that on April 3, 2025, the seller (a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, acting as the seller) and the buyer (acting as the buyer) entered into a purchase agreement, under which the company conditionally agrees to sell, and the buyer conditionally agrees to purchase the sale shares (which represent the entire issued share capital of SUPERACTIVE Financial Conglomerates Limited), at a price of 300,000 Hong Kong dollars. The company being sold is a limited company registered in Hong Kong and is licensed under the Securities and Futures Ordinance to conduct Type 4 (advising on securities) and Type 5 (advising on Futures contracts).
