How to reactivate your accounts

If clients need to reactivate their closed accounts, kindly write an email to clientservice@sg.moomoo.com to submit the request. The email needs to include the following details:


moomoo ID:

Registered phone number:

Registered name per NRIC/Passport:

Last 4 characters of NRIC/Passport ID:

Reason for reactivating the account:


The relevant colleagues will liaise with clients on the follow up actions and what documents to be provided upon receiving the email, within 1 to 3 business days.
