How to deposit into your crypto account

Moomoo SG now supports direct deposits to your crypto account.

Direct deposit requirements

Before you deposit, please ensure you have:

At least one active securities account that is eligible for deposits.
Activated your crypto account, and it is in good standing.

How to deposit

If you meet the requirements above, open the app and go to:

Accounts > Transfers > Deposit to select your crypto account

Follow the instructions to select your preferred deposit method.

What you need to know

Before depositing into your crypto account, please note:

Funds are deposited into your securities account and then automatically transferred to your crypto account.
If there is a transfer issue, your funds will stay in your securities account. You can transfer them to your crypto account manually later.
Funds usually transfer to your crypto account within 5 minutes after arriving in the securities account. Actual processing time may vary.

Other notes

Crypto accounts do not currently support Hong Kong Dollar (HKD) deposits.
For bank transfers/Paynow, please follow the provided payment instructions to ensure your funds arrive promptly.
