Campaign Details

Campaign Period 

The campaign will commence from 8 March 2022 at 12:00 SGT and end on 25 March 2022 at 23:59 SGT ("Campaign Period").  

Campaign Eligibility 

Only top 500 ranked users* and those who have received a notification about the promotion from our official WhatsApp number (+65 3129 5222) are eligibe.

*We calculate and rank user loyalty through 2 rules, customers must meet at least the following conditions before they can be included in the scope of evaluation, and the final top 500 customers would be selected to be eligible to participate. Moomoo Financial Singapore Pte. Ltd. reserves the right to update and adjust the calculation method at any time.

Conditions:

● Users who have not made their first deposit before 8 March 2022, 10:00 SGT

● Recent active rate of users in moomoo app.

Campaign Summary  

Users who made a first successful deposit of at least SGD 2,700 in their Moomoo Financial Singapore Pte. Ltd. securities account during the Campaign Period will receive 1 Grab Voucher worth SGD 50.

Can I deposit in other currencies instead?  

You can choose to deposit SGD 2,700 or USD 2,000 or HKD 16,000 into your securities account.

How will the rewards be credited to me?  

A unique Grab voucher code will be sent to eligible users within 30 business days from the end of the campaign (25 March 2022) via the following communication methods:

1. Email (only if users consent to receiving marketing materials via email)

2. In-app Push Notification

Upon receiving the code, please input the voucher code into your Grab app to claim the voucher. Upon claiming, vouchers should be used before 30 June 2022. Please do not share your voucher code with others; it is the users' responsibility to claim and use the voucher code and its value before the expiry date. 

*Though trades are commission-free during the promotional periods, do take note that other fees may apply.  Platform fees are charged on a per order basis to enable Moomoo Financial Singapore Pte. Ltd. to continue improving the user experience such as improving our technologies, providing free market data, and creating better analytical tools to improve our platform so that we can better serve our users. Goods and Services Tax and Regulatory Fees may be charged.

5.The Grab Vouchers are only valid for use on Grab app Singapore.

6. Applicable phone, internet and other charges may apply, and the participants shall be responsible for such costs and expenses. 

7. No person should have more than one account. Please note that Moomoo Financial Singapore Pte. Ltd. does not allow a person to open a trading account on behalf of another (i.e. we do not allow non-beneficial owners to open an account). This requirement is also stated during your account opening process and in your declaration. Please refrain from opening a trading account if you are not the ultimate beneficial owner of the account. If your securities account shows signs of fraud, abuse, or suspicious activity, e.g., using multiple accounts or devices, Moomoo Financial Singapore Pte. Ltd. may, in its sole discretion, forfeit your stock rewards and limit your chance to participate in future promotions. 

8. Each user or device, regardless mobile or computer, is only entitled to one set of the campaign rewards. 

9. Moomoo Financial Singapore Pte. Ltd. reserves the right to remove market data access and commission-free trade entitlement should customer not fulfill all stated conditions of the offer. Should the customer not fulfil all the stated conditions of this offer, Moomoo Financial Singapore Pte. Ltd. reserves the right to charge in full the free shares. 

10. Requests for substitution of rewards will not be entertained. Moomoo Financial Singapore Pte. Ltd. reserves all rights to end the offer or amend the rules of the offer at any time without prior notice.
