TUNGTEX (HOLD): INTERIM RESULTS ANNOUNCEMENT FOR THE SIX MONTHS ENDED 30 SEPTEMBER 2024

Gelonghui, on November 15, announced that Tongdeshi (Group) (00518.HK) will hold a board of directors meeting on November 28, 2024, to approve the publication of the interim results of the company and its subsidiaries for the six months ending September 30, 2024, as well as to consider the distribution of an interim dividend (if any).
Tongdetsh (Group) (00518.HK) expects a midterm loss of no more than 16 million Hong Kong dollars.
Guolonghui, November 15th | Tongdeshi (Group) (00518.HK) announced that the Group expects to incur a net loss attributable to owners of the company of not more than 16,000,000 Hong Kong dollars for the six months ended September 30, 2024. Compared with the net loss attributable to owners of the company of approximately 11,000,000 Hong Kong dollars in the same period last year, the estimated loss for this period is mainly attributed to pricing pressure on sales, as well as the increase in production and procurement costs in an inflationary environment.
