$Laureate Education (LAUR.US)$ there’s approx 180 mil outstanding shares and 125 mil in float. At $10 per share, that’s 60 million shares ti be bought back or roughly 1/3 of all shares and half of the float. This essentially is like a 2-1 reverse split of the float. Half the shares requires doubling SP to $20 keep the float market cap unchanged. I found this information by going to the news tab on the bottom of Moomoo and then selecting express. It’s also where you go to find earnings, however, 🇺🇸 people should know it’s a day ahead on China time so you have to go backward one day to get the actual stocks with earnings that day.
