BOJUN EDU (01758.HK) profit warning: Expected mid-term net loss of 8.9 million to 10.8 million yuan.
Gelonghui reported on April 17 that BOJUN EDU (01758.HK) announced that for the six months ending February 28, 2025 ("reporting period"), the group expects to record a net loss of approximately RMB 8.9 million to RMB 10.8 million, while for the same period in 2024, a net profit of approximately RMB 3.9 million was recorded. The Board of Directors believes that the expected net loss is mainly due to financing costs of approximately RMB 48 million for the six months ending February 28, 2025, which mainly includes bank loan costs of approximately RMB 26.2 million and other loan costs of approximately RMB 19 million.
