Dynamic Holdings Expects Swing to Loss in Fiscal H1
DYNAMIC HOLD (00029.HK) expects a mid-term net loss of approximately 42 million Hong Kong dollars.
On February 26, Gelonghui reported that DYNAMIC HOLD (00029.HK) announced that the group is expected to record a comprehensive net loss attributable to shareholders of approximately HKD 42 million for the six months ending December 31, 2024, compared to a comprehensive net profit of HKD 5.366 billion recorded in the previous period. The actual decrease in profit was mainly due to the previous period when the group recorded a one-time fair value gain from a piece of land distributed to the group by a joint venture (net of related deferred tax liabilities, based on its then valuation) of approximately HKD 5.38 billion, as well as investment properties of the group under a sluggish market atmosphere.
